  • General Contractor in Training

    Position Overview:
    We’re seeking a motivated and hardworking General Contractor in training to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with their hands, learning new skills, and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll assist with all phases of residential remodeling projects while gaining the knowledge and experience to advance into a leadership role.

    What You’ll Do:
    - Assist in day-to-day construction tasks on residential remodels
    - Work alongside experienced team members to learn best practices in carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and more
    - Support job site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
    - Learn to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
    - Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
    - Develop leadership and project management skills over time
    - Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

    What We’re Looking For:
    - A positive attitude and strong work ethic
    - Eagerness to learn the trade and grow into a leadership role
    - Some experience with basic hand and power tools (preferred, but we’ll train the right person!)
    - Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

  • Tile Installer

    Position Overview:
    We’re looking for an experienced Tile Installer who has an eye for detail and a passion for precision. You’ll be a key part of our remodeling projects, handling everything from layout to installation of tile in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and custom projects. We’re after someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, hardworking team.

    What You’ll Do:
    - Prepare surfaces for tile installation (including measuring, leveling, and cleaning)
    - Install various types of tile—ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and more
    - Cut tiles with precision to fit areas as needed
    - Apply grout and sealant, ensuring a clean, polished finish
    - Follow layout plans and designs with a sharp eye for detail
    - Ensure work areas are clean and organized
    - Work closely with the team to keep projects on schedule and to company standards
    - Maintain a safe and respectful job site environment

    What We’re Looking For:
    - 2+ years of experience in tile installation (or equivalent skills) (not required)
    - Strong knowledge of tile-setting techniques, tools, and materials
    - Ability to read and interpret layout designs and blueprints
    - Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
    - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
    - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
    - Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
